After I fill out the pre-approval form, how long will it take before I hear back?

Typically, within a couple of hours but if you’re in need of immediate assistance we can be reached during normal business hours at 205-664-1491.

Do you offer first time car buyer loans?

Yes! We offer an affordable selection of used vehicles for first time car buyers.

What’s the different between a soft and hard credit pull?

When you get pre-approved for a used car loan, we run a hard credit inquiry to get your exact credit score, this will affect your credit. Opposed to a soft pull which yields your credit score range and will not negatively impact your credit score.

How do I know what my interest rate will be?

After you fill out the pre-approval form, we reach out to the lenders in our network. Whoever comes back with the best interest rate, you’ll have the option lock in your rate at that point. The higher your credit score, the better the rate and vice versa.
